Among all of the lands that the Forgotten Realms has to offer, many are tied closely to magical spells and abilities. Skilled artisans, magicians, and creatives alike have come together to blend their homes with a variety of reality-altering features. However, there exists one such place which specifically roots itself in the transformative; a lone country in the mountains known as Svellera, whose citizens are all adept to the nature of a specific type of magic known to expand the body. Within, you will learn of what Svellera has to offer, as you journey across the Expanding Lands.

When can we expect an OSR compatible version of this book?

I've actually never heard of OSR until this moment. I apologize that it more than likely won't function for OSR by the sound of things, however I do have plans in the future for a revamp of the system which acts as its own game disconnected from 5e. For the time being that is mainly an experiment, so Svellera has no current plans to move out of 5e.

You are welcome to join the devlog server to get in contact, however. I'll be interested to see what there is to offer.

Cool stuff. Though, I would like to see other growth types like muscle being added.

Look into the Hyper condition in the "Expansion-based Conditions" section of the document. You'll find exactly what you're looking for.
